TO PLACE AN ORDER
Phone, fax or e-mail us at the any of the numbers below with a list of the items you would like to order. Please include your name, shipping address, phone, fax and e-mail, and indicate method of payment. If paying with a credit card please include the following information:

Name of card holder as it appears on the card
Card number
Expiration date of card
If you do not wish to give out your credit card information online, please fax the information to 561-364-7748. Otherwise, please include your telephone number with your order and a good time for us to call.
PAYMENT
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers, Money orders, and checks in U.S. Dollars drawn on U.S. banks. Please note that all orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
